I leave the oils on my scalp for roughly 30 minutes and then rinse with a mild shampoo. Voila! Dandruff free here I come.
ARGAN OIL
This liguid gold has a beutiful effect on my hair. Argan oil is moisurizing to the scalp. It contains vitamin E and fatty acids that nourish and hydrate the hair. The properties in Argan oil have been known to reduce scalp irritation, which may reduce dandriff. Argan oil has mild antifungal properties that can help fight the overgrowth of the Malassezia fungus, which has been shown to contribute to the presence of dandruff.

APPLE CIDER VINEGAR

After mixing, apply it to the scalp for fifteen minutes. In that time you could dance to about three Beyoncé songs. After your done backing it up, rinse the mixture off your scalp with water.

My carribean family swears by Aloe Vera. My grandmother has rubbed this silky moisturizer on her skin for decades and at 90+ years old she looks beautiful. Aloe vera helped me to sooth my itchy and dandruff-ridden scalp. My self care involves me taking a spoonful of Aloe Vera and massaging it into my scalp. I leave it on for about 30 minutes and then rinse with a mild shampoo. I use it when needed and when I do I use it once or twice a week.
